A Role Built for Balance
Are you an experienced RN looking for a position that values your expertise and autonomy? At Seniors Helping Seniors, we provide a heart-first model of care. We are looking for a dedicated nurse who wants to step away or augment the traditional clinical setting and step into a role that prioritizes autonomy and relationship-building.

The Ultimate Flexibility
You will play a vital role in overseeing client care. This isn't a desk job or a rigid 8-to-5. You are the architect of your own week. You’ll coordinate with our office and clients to perform:
  • In-Home Assessments: Meeting new families to establish the initial Plan of Care.
  • Client Care Oversight: Conducting 60-day wellness revisits to ensure our clients are thriving and safe.
  • Caregiver Support: Mentoring and observing our wonderful caregivers in the field to ensure high standards of care.
  • Communication: Brief clinical calls and documentation updates to keep care plans accurate.
Is This the Right Match for You?
To provide our clients with the consistency they need, this role is best suited for a nurse who enjoys working independently and has a schedule that allows for daytime field visits. It is an ideal fit for
  • Autonomy Seekers: Professionals looking for a high level of independence in managing their daily tasks.
  • Non-Traditional Schedules: Nurses who work block shifts (e.g., 3-on/4-off) elsewhere and have 2–3 full weekdays available to dedicate to our clients.
  • Relationship-Focused Clinicians: Those who prefer one-on-one client interaction over high-volume acute care.
Qualifications
  • Active and unencumbered NJ Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visits across Eastern Union and Essex.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; experience in home health or geriatric care is a plus.
  • A warm, communicative style and the ability to work collaboratively with our Director of Nursing.
