- In-Home Assessments: Meeting new families to establish the initial Plan of Care.

- Non-Traditional Schedules: Nurses who work block shifts (e.g., 3-on/4-off) elsewhere and have 2–3 full weekdays available to dedicate to our clients.
- Relationship-Focused Clinicians: Those who prefer one-on-one client interaction over high-volume acute care.
- Active and unencumbered NJ Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visits across Eastern Union and Essex.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; experience in home health or geriatric care is a plus.
- A warm, communicative style and the ability to work collaboratively with our Director of Nursing.
